AIRPORTS AND RAILWAY STATIONS

In recent decades, STEAM has helped many concessionaires to understand or improve their passenger infrastructures at airports and railway stations. These infrastructures require a great degree of flexibility in order to adapt to the continuously changing needs of traffic, safety procedures, business activities and passenger services. Operators need to adapt infrastructures to these needs without having to make radical changes while possibly keeping the areas involved operational. At the same time, operating continuously every day of the year, these infrastructures require high energy efficiency, great reliability and low maintenance. The multidisciplinary approach of the STEAM team has allowed it to develop many projects while pursuing excellent solutions borrowed from its experience in other engineering fields, yet in line with aviation regulations and air-side processes.
