SUPERVISION OF WORK AND SAFETY
STEAM provides all the professional figures required to set up a Supervision of work office: including Operations Managers, Site Inspectors, Technical Office Staff and Safety Coordinators.
Long-term experience, gained in managing various types of complex sites (residential, industrial, plant engineering, infrastructures), both public and private, also ensures STEAM’s competent on-site management of safety, in compliance with current regulations and focused on protecting human health.
More specifically, STEAM operates effectively and methodically as a provider of the following services:
- assistance to the Sole Project Manager (RUP) on aspects related to the Works Manager
- the role of Design Safety Coordinator (CSP)
- the role of Execution Safety Coordinator (CSE)
- organisation of all the Employer and General Contractors’ obligations (Art. 96-97 of Legislative Decree no.81/08 and subsequent amendments)
- drafting of specific Operational Safety Plans (Art. 89, section H, of Legislative Decree no.81/08 and subsequent amendments)
- drafting of Safety and Coordination Plans (Art. 91 of Legislative Decree no.81/08 and subsequent amendments)
- drafting of Works Dossiers (Art. 91b of Legislative Decree no.81/08 and subsequent amendments)
- drafting of the Scaffolding Assembly, Use and Dismantling Plan (PIMUS)
- consultancy for the general contractor and/or executor of works with regard to all their obligations.
The Works Management office can also provide experts in dispute prevention and management, amicable and arbitration agreements, who can support the Sole Project Manager (RUP) in all activities of an administrative or legal nature, also for tender and procurement procedures.
