STEAM was responsible for design and subsequent supervision of works about thermo and hydraulic systems for San Clemente Resort in Venice.
The buildings, which were completely renovated internally while maintaining the original configuration and volume, occupy an area of about 11,400 square meters, that develops of several levels, comes to a total of 26,000 square meters.
The overall project has led to the enhancement of existing buildings, preserving the historic architectural and structural elements, with cutting-edge plant choices and responsive to the type of receptive activity type that can handle 190 rooms and luxurious amenities.
At the end of the works, STEAM team also conducted testing of mechanical plants finding out excellent execution.
