Project Financing consists of a financing technique for public works construction and represents an important impulse system for authorities that will almost inevitably occur, due to the gap in financial terms, between poor economic availability and works infrastructure needs for citizenship use.
Following numerous experiences in the field, STEAM, dated December 10, 2010, received a formal mandate from Province of Bolzano to organize a follow-up meeting at their headquarters located in South Tyrol capital.
