STEAM in 2010 was responsible for drafting of technical offer and related inspections for integrated technological management, ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of public lighting and traffic light systems and thermal and conditioned plants in the summer, fire protection systems of buildings, redevelopment technological and energy optimization of the same, service in the tender announced by Chioggia Municipality (VE).
Visits paid particular attention to the registration of the following information:
- Prevailing lighting footprint (street lighting, standard street furniture, street furniture are artistic, globe, etc. …);
- State of luminaires;
- Equipment installation mode (on traditional pole, the pole of art, on the shelf, overhead, recessed, etc …)
- Prevalent type of present light sources (SAP high pressure sodium, metal halide HIT, Hg mercury vapor fluorescent FL, etc …) for each plant.
The effect was that the general state of the plant occurs on average in good condition.
In addition to lighting, also were analyzed heating installations in various places and structures with both identification of the critical elements from the regulatory point of view that the identification of the best plant engineering techniques to allow for redevelopment and modernization, in particular to reach energy efficiency.
