Fondazione Giorgio Cini, following careful evaluation on the state of its real estate site on the Island of San Giorgio Maggiore in Venice, was necessary to act with different recovery and redevelopment. STEAM was commissioned to design the mechanical plant for “ex convitto IPSIAM” building in Fondazione Cini Complex, for the realization of some Exhibition Rooms on the ground floor and the necessary arrangements in order to make functional rooms on the first floor.
STEAM has also entered into a framework agreement for the mentoring service to the Foundation for the completion of:
- Technical and administrative assistance for Technical Bureau;
- Verification and supervision of works and safety coordination at runtime.
