The project succeeded in obtaining an optimal balance between respect for a historic place subjected to stringent constraints and the functional needs of the future civil court, in terms of space, technological equipment, energy performance and seismic adaptation of the buildings. It has a value of approximately 17 million euros and is expected to be completed in 20 months.
In addition to the lot whose construction phase begins today, STEAM is the designer of the next lot of the civil court ("Palazzo Gritti"), now at an advanced stage of design development.
